By checking the box and completing your purchase, you agree to the following legally binding terms:

1. Payment Commitment & Total Cost

• You are enrolling in a fixed instalment plan consisting of 10 equal monthly payments of 200 (Total cost: £2000

• Your first payment is charged today upon checkout. Further payments will be charged automatically every 30 days to the payment method provided.

• This is not an ongoing subscription. Your payments will automatically stop after the 10th payment is complete.

2. Commitment to Full Payment & Cancellation

• Choosing an installment plan is a commitment to pay the full course fee. It is not a pay-as-you-go service or a cancel-anytime subscription.

• You remain legally responsible for all 10 payments, even if you choose to stop attending live sessions or fail to complete the course.

3. Failed Payments & Access Suspensions

• If a scheduled monthly payment fails, Stripe will automatically re-attempt the charge and notify you.

• If payment remains unpaid after 7 days, your access to live Google Meet sessions, face to face sessions and course materials, and student portals will be suspended until the account is brought up to date.

4. Right to Cancel (14-Day Statutory Period)

• Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your enrollment within 14 days of purchase for a full refund.

• Important: If live teaching sessions commence or course materials are accessed within this 14-day window with your consent, a proportionate deduction will be made for services already delivered, or the right to cancel may be waived if the course completes.

5. Intellectual Property & Live Conduct

• All live sessions, recordings, and course materials are protected intellectual property for your personal learning only. You may not share, record, or distribute them.

• Live sessions are conducted under professional counselling boundaries; respectful engagement is required at all times.
